Group A:

Balcatta Etna met Perth RedStar at Grindleford Reserve on Sunday in a game that would decide who would finish the round robin stage top of the ladder.
In the end, it was the hosts who ensured that they would complete the group with a 100% success rate thanks to a 2-0 win over the defending NPLW WA champions with goals from Lucy Jerram and Monique Prinsloo, who found the net for the second game in a row.
Despite the defeat, RedStar also progressed to the semi-finals next weekend.
UWA-Nedlands earned their first point in the competition after a topsy turvy encounter with Hyundai NTC at Grindleford Reserve.
The NPLW’s newest side took a 3-0 lead at the break thanks to a brace from Charlotte Swan after Emily Dinsdale put them ahead. NTC hit back after the interval with three goals of their own from Maja Archibald, Jessica Johnson, and Nelli Johnson which earned them a share of the spoils.

Group B:
Perth SC ensured they won the group and progressed to the semi-finals after coming from behind to draw 1-1 with Fremantle City at Dorrien Gardens on Saturday night.
Anna Powell gave Freo the lead on the quarter-hour mark, but Jess Flannery levelled seven minutes later with her second goal in as many weeks. Both sides progressed to the semi-finals with this result with the Azzurri topping the group.
Subiaco went into their final group game with Murdoch University Melville at Dorrien Gardens knowing that a win over their winless opponents could clinch a semi-final spot.
They built a 2-0 lead with goals either side of the half-hour mark thanks to Cassandra Harvey and Stella Zampogna’s penalty, after Frankie Murray was brought down in the box. Two goals in three minutes in the early part of the second half erased all doubt of a Subi win as Tayna Campos and Harvey’s second put Greg Farrell’s side 4-0 up. Taylor Reid pulled a goal back for MUM FC, before Dakota van Vugt restored Subiaco’s four goal advantage in a 5-1 win.
